What would have happened if C.S. Lewis and Sigmund Freud had met? Jarrott Productions’ “Freud’s Last Session” explores the scenario with David Jarrott as Freud and Tyler Jones as Lewis.

Although history doesn’t suggest C.S. Lewis and Sigmund Freud ever met, they certainly knew of one another. But what if they had clashed?

This production of Mark St. Germain’s play presents that scenario: the great intellectual debate between two brilliant minds. Freud and Lewis, in “Freud’s Last Session,” will discuss everything from love and sex to the meaning of life and the existence of God. Their meeting takes place on the day Great Britain entered World War II.
