New video games out this week

“The Walking Dead: Michonne — A Telltale Miniseries.” Telltale Games, which has done a bang-up job with two seasons of “Walking Dead” episodic stories, takes the celebrated, sword-wielding character from the comics and TV show and reveals what takes her away, then brings her back, to Rick, Carl and the other “Walking Dead” characters. The first episode debuts today, followed by second and third episodes in March and April. Rated M for Mature. $15 for all three episodes, for Windows PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, iOS and Android.

“Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2.” This beefed-up sequel focuses more on action, less on real-time strategy, with lots of weapons, upgrades and frenetic online play. $60-$70 for Standard and Deluxe Editions. Rated E-10+ for Everyone 10 and Older, for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
