Uncle Billy’s weekend-long celebration of their eighth year in business begins Thursday with live music and special tappings.

The smokehouse and brewery will tap Elegast Belgian Red at 4 p.m. and a firkin of their own Green Room IPA fermented with hibiscus and juniper berry tea extract at 5 p.m. They’ll also be shooting a video of the second tapping, so make sure you’re camera ready!

At 6:30, live music begins with the launch of the Honky Tonk happy hour music series.

The celebrations will continue throughout the weekend with different tappings, musical performances, and a crawfish boil on Saturday from 1-5 p.m.
