Artist Connie Miller explores the themes of personal discoveries and celebrations at the Link & Pin. Her signature loose impasto work describes the light in her paintings, both abstract and representational, with broad, juicy strokes. She employs abstracted spaces and broad expanses of light. Her study of Feng Shui and T’ai Chi opened up vistas in her mind that translate to many of the abstracts in the show.
Discoveries of personal resilience, hope and the feelings of loss are also explored as well as some of life’s great celebrations: engagements, weddings and birthdays.
