Autumn Wallace is the new executive chef at Sage Hill at the Inn Above Onion Creek (4444 FM 150), a boutique bed and breakfast in Kyle. Wallace has revamped the menu, which now offers a seasonal three-course dinner, features products from the nearby Hill Country. Dishes include smoked quail with butternut squash risotto, buttermilk fried chicken with ravioli and sourdough bread pudding.
