Minneapolis pop punk band Motion City Soundtrack were apparently very serious when they titled their 2005 album ‘Commit This To Memory’. To ensure fans haven’t forgotten, the group is touring around the country to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of the album’s release. The commemorative show comes to Emo’s Saturday night at 8 p.m.

‘Commit This To Memory,’ the band’s second album, peaked at number two on Billboard’s Independent Albums chart. Three singles were released from the record: L.G. FUAD, Hold Me Down, and Everything is Alright, which became the band’s signature song. Other tracks included Attractive Today and Make Out Kids. The album was produced by Mark Hoppus of Blink 182.

Motion City Soundtrack will play the album in its entirety during Saturday’s show with opening performances from TEAM* and Driver Friendly. Advance general admission tickets are $19.
