“Rock Band 4.” Are music games back? This next-gen version of the plastic instruments franchise includes support for last-generation instruments(from Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 versions; the Xbox One version costs $80 and includes a special adapter and the ability to import songs from the older games. How will it do against “Guitar Hero Live,” due out later this month? Rated T for Teen. $60-$250 for the game or bundles including instruments. For Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

“Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.” One way to kill time before the next iteration of Nathan Drake’s globe-trotting adventures may be to revisit the first three games in this remastered collection. The game also includes an invite for the multiplayer beta for “Uncharted 4” when that becomes available. Rated T for Teen. $60 for PS4.
