Drew Curren is the executive chef at Italic on West Sixth Street.

Italian restaurant Italic opened 123 W. Sixh St. (between Congress Avenue and Colorado Street) in the historic Starr Building. The restaurant from executive chef Drew Curren and the team behind Arro, Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden, and 24 Diner serves lunch and dinner with classic Italian dishes like bucatini all’amatriciana, Florentine steak and a roster of pizzas. The restaurant also features a wine mezzanine overseen by the restaurant group’s beverage director, Master Sommelier Craig Collins.
