The dinner series that pairs the Driskill Hotelís culinary team with the beers from a local brewery continues with a collaboration with 4th Tap Brewing Co-op, a relatively new North Austin beer maker.

4th Tap will offer four beers, including the Tamarind Wheat Ale, the Highwind American Pale Ale and the Highland Scoundrel Scotch-style ale. These will taste extra delicious with the Driskill cafeís dinner and dessert.
