Peterson Brothers at the Continental Club. In mid-July, the teen blues savants from Bastrop packed their happy hour gig as they celebrated the release of their self-titled debut CD. Glenn and Alex Peterson (18 and 16 respectively) wowed the crowd as they easily segued from wicked, funky break beats to slow blues jams rich with nuance and silky tones. They followed the release with a two-week East Coast jaunt, and they land back in their regular slot this week, gracing the venue that once nurtured Gary Clark Jr. with the next generation of Austin blues.
