The Austin Beer Run Club started the trend, combining evening runs with happy hour. Then came Yomosas, a mashup of yoga and mimosas. BRUNch Running upped the ante with weekend runs followed by breakfast.

Clearly, booze and exercise make fine companions here in Austin.

Now Hotel Ella, a historic hotel in a Greek revival-style mansion near the University of Texas campus, is joining the party.

Every Sunday this summer, the hotel will host an hour-long yoga class led by a BFREE instructor. Participants in the Yoga & Mimosas series will get complimentary valet parking and mimosas after class.
