On Feb. 7, you would be forgiven for mistaking the Frank Erwin Center for Miami’s hottest nightclub, because Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull are setting up shop for the night as part of their joint U.S. tour. The award-winning Iglesias, dubbed "The King of Latin Pop" by Billboard, is the son of popular Spanish singer Julio Iglesias and shot to international crossover success in the late 1990s with hits like "Bailamos" and "Hero." He’s had remarkable staying power, making a comeback splash with 2009 hit "I Like It." That song also featured Pitbull, the Miami-born rapper who found his own mainstream success with the 2009 song "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)." Since then, the performer (real name: Armando Christian Pérez) has gone onto Top 40 mainstay status with club bangers like "Timber" and "Don’t Stop the Party."
