Spanish-language station Univision joins upscale Mexican restaurant La Condesa to host the restaurant’s seventh annual Cinco de May block party Tuesday. The restaurant will serve Mexican street corn, taquitos and more from its food truck, as well as homemade ice cream from Stephen F. Frostin’, the forthcoming South Congress Hotel’s new ice cream truck. Live music comes courtesy Mariachi Relampago, Celsius, Gina Chavez, Bidi Bidi Banda & Cilantro Boombox, and others. The free party, which will have beer and tequila for sale, runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m, on West Second Street between Guadalupe and San Antonio streets. More information at
