Scooby Doo is escorted along E. 11th St. to the start of the parade. The annual Chuy’s Children Giving to Children Parade was held Saturday morning November 29, 2014 along Congress Avenue from the Texas State Capitol to Cesar Chavez Blvd. with people donating toys for Operation Blue Santa. The parade featured cartoon balloons, marching bands, musical floats and dozens of new Chevrolet trucks to drop your toys into at the end of the parade.
