This summer, Texans are still reeling from the Blue Bell ice cream recall, but Ben & Jerry’s wants to bring some cheer to town (and possibly win over a few new customers).

The Vermont-based ice cream maker is hosting a statewide “Texas Churned” ice cream truck tour this summer, and they’ll be hitting Austin July 4 through 22 to show off two flavors: Bar-B-Que Peach and Bourbon Pecan Pie. The peach ice cream has hints of ancho pepper with a barbecue caramel swirl, and the bourbon flavor is flecked with pieces of shortbread cookie and a whiskey caramel swirl.

Fans can vote on their favorite, and the winning flavor will go into pint production later next year.

The truck will kick things off with free scoops at the Austin Symphony fireworks display at Auditorium Shores from 4:30 to 11 p.m. on Saturday. You can find out where the truck will go next through the Twitter handle @BenJerrysTexas.
