Olamaie chefs Michael Fojtasek and Grae Nonas appear on the cover of July’s Food & Wine magazine (they are in the back of the above photo with the white arrows pointed at them). The two chefs are part of the 2015 crop of Best New Chefs, as named by the magazine. The magazine will roll out info on the winning chefs this week at FoodAndWine.com.

They started Best New Chef week with a host of recipes from the honorees, including this cucumber salad with buttermilk dressing and pickled onions from the two chefs who brought their elevated Southern fare to Austin last year.
