The Austin Food & Wine Allianceannounced the lineup and released tickets for its fifth annual Live Fire event at the Salt Lick Pavillion. The roster of statewide talent at the beef-centric fundraising event April 9 includes David Uygur (Lucia in Dallas), Tom Micklethwait (Micklethwait Craft Meats), Diego Galicia (Mixtli in San Antonio), Erica Waksmunski (Red Star Southern), Scott Roberts (Salt Lick BBQ), and Joe Anguiano (VOX Table). The chefs will prepare beef dishes over open fires, with local beer, wine and spirit makers on hand to provide libations. Tickets cost $85 online and $95 at the door.
