Hulu might not be just a site on which to watch old episodes of shows you missed. The company has announced plans to offer live programming package options, similar to cable, in 2017, Verge reports. Fox, ABC, ESPN, FX, and the Disney Channel have all been named as networks involved in the plan.
2. Taylor Kitsch hails ride “to Dillon” in Lyft’s Prop 1 ad.
When it comes to the Prop 1 debate, “Friday Night Lights” Taylor Kitsch is playing for team Lyft. “You see ride-sharing is a lot like me. It’s beautiful,” Kitsch says in his spot asking fans to join him in voting in support of Prop 1. He then hops in a Lyft ride and directs the driver “To Dillon.”

“Frozen” fans have banded together under the hashtag #GiveElsaAGirlfriend in demanding Disney reveal the character as the first LGBT princess, A.V. Club reports. The theory that Elsa is gay is fueled by the fact that she’s the first Disney princess without a love interest.

New York City has gifted Puerto Rico a million free condoms to help twart the spread of the Zika virus, New York Magazine reports. Currently the island has 700 confirmed cases of the virus, a number that is expected to continue to rise.
