Ever wanted the chance to have your own personal chef? Edible Austinís Thursday night Chef Auction at the historic Allan House (1104 San Antonio St.) is offering folks the chance to bid on group dining experiences from a host of big-name Austin chefs. But you donít have to be in attendance at the sold-out event to bid. If you email Jenna Noel at jen@edibleaustin.com, you can get a proxy bid form that will allow you to bid on packages like an omakase-style multi-course dinner for 8-10 guests from the Ramen Tatsu-Ya chefs; a dinner for 8-10 people prepared by farm-to-table, father-son duo Jack and Bryce Gilmore; and a group dinner from husband-wife duo Philip and Callie Speer of Uchi and Swiftís Attic, respectively.
