Popular Korean-Mexican fusion food truck Chi’Lantro plans to open a restaurant in January at 1509 S. Lamar Blvd. in the space previously occupied by A-OK Chinese. Chi’Lantro (the name a portmanteau play on kimchi and cilantro) owner Jae Kim said he will have more details on the new restaurant next week.
