In order to get fit and stay fit I like to do spontaneous workouts and exercises that I don’t typically see other people do. Most of the people on the hike and bike trail are running. I run a lot, but I also like to "free run." Free running means running with no boundaries — doing flips like there’s no tomorrow, being free and getting a great workout while defying social norms. Even though it looks awesome, it takes a lot of sweat, commitment and rapid body movements to free run. I do back flips, front flips, B-twists, side flips and more. I have run two marathons and will definitely run my third marathon in February 2015. I know how to stay fit, but I couldn’t have done it without my coaches from Rogue Running. They have always been there to encourage and push me to do better.
