"Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas" 7:30 p.m., Fox: The sloth and the mastodon bust up Santa’s workshop? Okay, this whole series is beginning to stretch credulity.

"Happiness Is A Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown" 8 p.m., Fox: Okay, Linus … hand it over and nobody gets hurt.

"Picture Paris" 8 p.m., HBO: Julia Louis-Dreyfus stars in husband Brad Hall’s festival darling, a short drama.

Tuesday: "Charlie Brown Christmas" 7 p.m., ABC: Yeah, the blockhead picked a scrawny tree. But that just makes it easier to un-decorate.

"The X Factor" 7 p.m., Fox: America crowns a second-season winner.
