Many restaurants in the Austin area are offering a special brunch menu this weekend. From high-end buffets to less expensive a la cart menus, there are plenty of options to choose from if you want to take your family out for a big meal to eat and maybe even an egg hunt. You don't necessarily need a reservation for most of these places, but it doesn't hurt to call ahead if you want to make sure there's a table for you when you arrive.
TNT / Tacos and Tequila (507 Pressler St., 436-8226) is offering a brunch both Saturday (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and Sunday (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) featuring grilled fish, a taco bar and the restaurant's stuffed masa Adobe Pie. From 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Urban an American Grill at the Domain (11301 Domain Drive) will offer a traditional buffet with marinated crab claws and stuffed leg of lamb as well as a kids' buffet (at kid-level height) with mini corn dogs and mac and cheese. Southwest Bistro at the Hyatt Regency on Lady Bird Lake (208 Barton Springs Road, 480-2035) will host an Easter brunch with seven buffet stations, plus a special station for kids, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday. Chez Zee (5406 Balcones Drive, 454-2666) will host its regular brunch inside the restaurant and an Easter brunch buffet in the gallery.
