In trying times for the airline industry, Southwest Airlines has been named the airline that gets the fewest complaints from customers, according to a survey.

WalletHub’s 2017 Best Airlines survey said the Dallas-based airline had the lowest rate of customer complaints in 2016.

That’s not to say Southwest is the best airline, however—after being judged on criteria like cancelled and delayed flights, mishandled baggage reports, leg room, price and more it actually ranked rather low on the list, scoring higher than only Frontier Airlines and Spirit Airlines.

The best airlines ranked by the study were Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines and Skywest Airlines, with United Airlines taking fourth place.
