No sitting around allowed next Wednesday, dubbed National Walking Day by the American Heart Association.
To help you meet that agency’s goal of walking at least 30 minutes, local marathon and half marathon training program Austin Fit is organizing a series of free group walks.
All walks take place Wednesday, April 2 and start at Luke’s Locker, 115 Sandra Muraida Way.7:30 a.m. - Hill walking9:30 a.m. - Explore historical downtown
11:30 a.m. - Walking essentials (Bring money for lunch!)
6:30 p.m. - Austin walking style
