Punch Bowl Social, the food-forward all-in-one entertainment hub with several locations around the country, is opening its first Austin location this weekend at 11310 Domain Drive.

The 21,000-square-foot facility featuring a "gastro-diner" with a cocktail bar, bowling alley, arcade games, billiards, board games, Ping-Pong, darts, marbles and karaoke is hosting a grand opening celebration from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday with tickets ($10, punchbowlsocialaustin.ticketleap.com) benefiting Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas.

One of the signature punches that they’ll serve at the bar is this Bat Bridge Bowl, made with the local White Hat Rum. With the recipe broken down into parts, you can make as little or as much as you’d like.

Bat Bridge Bowl

2 parts South Congress Distillery’s White Hat Rum

4 parts coconut chai tea, such as the one from Texas Coffee Traders

1 part fresh squeezed lime juice

1 part simple syrup

Orange peel and mint sprigs, for garnish

Combine the rum, tea, lime juice and simple syrup in a large bowl or pitcher. Stir to combine and pour over ice into individual glasses. Garnish with orange peel and mint sprigs.
