The South by Southwest Interactive closing party at Stubb’s, the festival’s tradition end event will feature performances from rappers Method Man and Redman, 2 Chainz and Pusha T. Soulful crooner Aloe Blacc will also make an appearance. The event is celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of Def Jam Recordings, the legendary hip-hop record label founded by Rick Rubin that served as home base to rappers like L.L. Cool J, The Beastie Boys and Public Enemy in the early stages of their careers.

The party kicks off at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11 and runs til 2 a.m. It is open to SXSW Interactive, Film and Platinum Badges. Though Tuesday is the first day of the SXSW Music Conference, Stubb’s will not be open to music badgeholders or wristbands on that day.
