Xander Peters was at the Iggy Azalea show last night and filed this report:

For hip-hop enthusiasts at Samsung’s Milk Studio late Wednesday night, G-Eazy and headliner Iggy Azalea were the icing on the cake.

Just before midnight, in front of a crowd fueled by free vodka and beer, G-Eazy warmed up the stage with crisp cuts from his debut album, “These Things Happen,” including the hit single “Fried Rice.” Singer Devon Baldwin also made a guest appearance on stage with G for their song “Let’s Get Lost” to help close out his short set.

Still, the night was barely in motion. And the select crowd of around 200 people was just getting loosened up.

With a steam machine announcement, Iggy Azalea took the stage clad in a black-and-gold letterman jacket with the number “90” (her birth year) fashioned on the back. Her set list included crowd favorites like “Rolex” and “Iggy SZN,” as well as songs like J. Lo’s “Booty” flavorfully mixed into the controversial Australian rapper’s set. Rumor has it that A$AP Rocky and his posse were a part of the intimate crowd, too.

However, Iggy wouldn’t be Iggy if she didn’t close out the venue for the night with a hailstorm of confetti and her most popular single to date, “Fancy.”
