Morning and evening yoga and fitness classes will be offered, no charge, on the plaza of Whole Foods Market throughout June.

Free fitness classes are offered seven days a week at Whole Foods during June.

Here’s the schedule:

7 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Body sculpting classes that combine barre, resistance bands and kickboxing, led by Matthew Carney of Mecca.7 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday – Yoga by Black Swan Yoga.7 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday – Yoga by Bea Love Yoga.7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, and 10 a.m. Sunday – Strength and conditioning classes by Titan Evolution.

Space is limited. Whole Foods is located at 705 North Lamar Boulevard. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
