In news that will surely delight fans of expansive folksy rock, genre kings Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros have been added to the schedule of South by Southwest 2015. The band made an appearance at the festival back in 2012, when their concert film “Big Easy Express” screened at the festival. The movie tracked the Magnetic Zeros and Mumford and Sons on the Railroad Revival Tour, a six concert journey that included a stop in Austin. After the film debuted at the Paramount a second screening was held on the LBJ Lawn on the University of Texas campus. Afterward Mumford, the Magnetic Zeros and Old Crow Medicine Show performed. 360 staffers who attended called the event magical.
