Thanks to our mild Southern winter, this has become a year of plentiful and well-priced mudbugs. Now that crawfish season is in full swing, bars and cajun eateries all over Austin are boiling up big pots of corn, potatoes, and the little red critters, serving them alongside some live music and cold beverages. There is at least one crawfish feast every Saturday and Sunday afternoon in April, so make sure to get your fill before they disappear for another year.
