Noble Sandwich Co. will close its original location at Friday at 11815 RM 620 in preparation for their move to a larger space nearby. John Bates and Brandon Martinez will open a storefront in Lake Creek Shopping Village (12233 RM 620) on Valentine’s Day … just in time to get a present for your charCUTErie. Noble goes into the space previously occupied by Vivo Tex-Mex. The from-scratch deli also plans to open a location at 4805 Burnet Rd. in the coming months.
