Noble Sandwich Co. opened its second location at 4805 Burnet Rd. this week. The large deli has a warm retro vibe, with the long picnic style tables painted in blue-and-brown checkers.

The new location seats about 42 people inside and about another 32 on the back patio. The menu features the same sandwiches as the beloved Northwest Austin location, as well as new offerings, like a mushroom Reuben, red chili braised pork cheeks with pickled Fresno chilies and green tomato, and a turkey chop salad.

The new location serves a breakfast menu that includes waffles, grits, eggs and other classic dishes.

The restaurant offers separate entrances for dine-in and take-out, and the deli will sell its pickles, charcuterie and other homemade goods once it is up and running at full strength.

Noble Sandwich on Burnet will initially be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday-Sunday, with an eye on expanding the hours in the future.

The restaurant was hoping to have a soft opening this week, but judging by the crowds Monday, the cat is out of the bag.
