Monday music picks: ABGB first anniversary, Amy LaVere

ABGB first anniversary with Mike & the Moonpies, Carson McHone, Mrs. Glass and Ben Ballinger. The big brewery and beer garden with the cool name, one of the best things to come to south Austin in recent memory, celebrates one year with an all-day Labor Day bash featuring four acts that have helped establish ABGB as a prime spot for no-cover local music. Come early for Brewery tours from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., try a special first-anniversary brew, get burgers and brats at the cookout, and visit the dunk booth benefiting Habitat for Humanity. Free.
