Santa on waterskiis, again
Nothing takes the cheer out of Christmas like a cold, wet, blustery wind whipping off the river and pelting the faces of tourists gathered to watch the annual Washington spectacle of -- wait for it! -- Santa on water-skis. The annual event at the foot of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, which connects Washington and Maryland, may have seen its day but the tourists dutifully gathered on Monday (December 24) just the same.
