Want to be on "The Real World"? The longtime MTV reality series is holding a casting call in Austin next month.
Casting directors for the show will be at Buffalo Billiards, 201 E. Sixth St., from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 1. Applicants must be between 18 and 24 and should bring a recent photo and a photo ID.
The casting call is for the 19th season of "The Real World." The show selects seven strangers to live, work and generate drama together for five months. You'll probably remember that show filmed its 16th season in Austin in early 2005. It aired on MTV later that year. Since then, the show has filmed in Key West and Denver.
Also, KVET-AM radio personality Kevin Dunn appeared on the show's 10th season, set in New York.
