Even though it is the largest city in the United States without a professional sports franchise, Austin is not lacking sports fans. From the University of Texas football team, which could easily pass for a professional franchise itself, to the Texas Stars, the minor league hockey team, there are plenty of games to attend. Couple that with an abundance of outdoor recreational activities, hiking and biking trails and the Texas Hill Country, and you are left with the 10th-fittest city in the country.
