Let's get ready to rumble
The Republic of Texas Biker Rally is considered the largest motorcycle event in Texas. Sixth Street party-goers mix and mingle with black leather-clad bikers who come from miles around.
The Travis County Exposition Center serves as the rally's headquarters for four days of live music, bike shows and more than 250 vendors. Tonight's biker parade and street party is often the main draw of the weekend for rally-goers. The parade of motorcycles departs from the center at 7:30 p.m. and is escorted down Congress Avenue, where a free concert and street party will be held. Fire Kills and Vallejo kick off the party, followed by the Burden Brothers.
Events continue Saturday with a Poker Run, stunt shows, a bike show and a meet-and-greet with some of the builders of the best custom bikes in the nation.
