'Cowboy,' 'Hooligans' win at SXSW
Film festival honorees announced Tuesday night.

A drama about soccer culture in England and a documentary about an unusual matchmaker won top honors at the South by Southwest Film Festival.
The juried awards were announced Tuesday night. "Hooligans" by Lexi Alexander won in the Narrative Feature category. The film stars Elijah Wood and Claire Forlani. "Cavite" by Ian Gamazon and Neill dela Llana received a Special Jury Award.
"Cowboy del Amor" by Michele Ohayon was the Documentary Feature winner. It follows Ivan Thompson, an ex-cowboy who sets up matches between American men and Mexican women. The Special Jury Award went to "The Boys of Baraka" by Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady.
Other winners include:

* Reel Shorts: "The Raftman's Razor" by Keith Bearden; Special Jury Award: "All White People Are French" by Katja Straub

* Music Video Awards: Badly Drawn Boy "The Year of the Rat" by Monkmus; Special Jury Award: Slipknot "Vermillion" by Tony Petrossian
* High School Competition: "Comic" by David McGinnis
