Since 1997, Austin360 (in partnership with the Austin American-Statesman) has supported the Austin music community with compelling features, interviews and reviews of local bands and musicians, as well as listings of gigs in our comprehensive Austin events guide. In 2007, we launched SoundCheck360, a free online music service designed to harness the power of the Internet and explore new and exciting ways to engage our readers with the vibrant music scene that's made our city famous.

SoundCheck360, an extension of the Austin360.com music page, is an online music player featuring Austin area artists. It is a free resource for both the casual listener and the hardcore music fan to experience the local music scene, and discover new artists.
