Fashioned like a tongue-in-cheek murder mystery, the documentary sets out to uncover just who is responsible for the demise of GM's much-loved EV-1, which was among the most efficient production cars ever built. It ran on electricity, produced no emissions and catapulted American technology to the forefront of the automotive industry.
