This has the potential to be a great eating place except for the service and food portions. I have tried Springhill 3 times... a fair shake in case they had an off day... but, sadly to say I scratched them off my list yesterday. I went for the lunch buffet 10.99 and the selection wasnt all that great. the rest of my party ordered and the waitress had to be called to refill the drinks, etc. she was real slow and not friendly at all except just before we left... hum I wonder why. You want great seafood and service try Mariscos or T&S I promise you will not be sorry.

One of my hobbies is searching out chicken fried steak across the state of Texas and elsewhere. I've eaten a lot in the past 30+ years, and I must say that the one at Springhill ranks among the top. Great crispy crust, tender meat, and a LARGE portion. Highly recommended!!!!!!

I just ate at Springhill, which I do at least once a week, everything was great. I think that they have the best Catfish, Shrimp and Chicken-fried steak in the state. I always feel relaxed and the service is very friendly. See you there
