It seems that Houston Astros pride ahead of the first game in the World Series on Tuesday has spread far beyond Texas.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Astros caps were added to the Stephen F. Austin and Sam Houston statues in the U.S. Capitol building.

A statue of former Speaker of the House Sam Rayburn now reportedly holds a placard that says, “Beat L.A.”

The Chronicle reports that the spirited touches were added by U.S. Rep. Pete Olson, a Republican from Sugar Land.
