ROT rally participants show off bikes

Philip Scott's Harley-Davidson took third place in the 'dresser' bike category at the Republic of Texas bike contest on Saturday. The text on the bike, which is painted to resemble parchment, comes from the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and other key documents in U.S. history. Scott mounted a Civil War-style rifle (bottom left) to the bike, as well.
