Texas’ biggest craft beer event is getting even larger this year when it returns in late September: Texas Craft Brewers Festival plans to introduce an evening soiree the night before the fest called Partners in Craft. Tickets for both went on sale today and range from $10 to $120.
Texas Craft Brewers Fest returns on Sept. 30 and will include some of the state’s best breweries, including staples like (512) Brewing, Saint Arnold Brewing, Freetail Brewing and more recent entrants like Dallas’ Pegasus City Brewery, Austin’s own St. Elmo Brewing and Tupps Brewery in McKinney. Each one will offer pours of some of their brews at Fiesta Gardens.
The night before, Partners in Craft will offer a more intimate taste of both the beers and the close-knit camaraderie that makes the Texas beer industry such an engaging place to work for the state’s more than 200 brewers. Expect food from local vendors, live music, a variety of work from local artisans curated by the Austin Flea and — maybe most entrancing of all — a stunning view of the sunset over Lady Bird Lake.
Tickets for Partners in Craft on its own are $55. For both events, depending on whether you want general admission or VIP access to the fest, tickets range from $80-$120. You can also get tickets for the fest alone from $10-$75.
