The blockbuster romance starring Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio is returning to the big screen on Dec. 1.

Near, far, wherever you are in the U.S., you can watch the tearjerker “Titanic” on the big screen again or for the very first time.

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the movie starring Kate Winslet, Leonardo DiCaprio and a floating piece of door that we still maintain really could have saved DiCaprio’s character, Jack, “Titanic” will re-release at all AMC Theatres starting Dec. 1.

That means Austinites will get the chance to watch the epic story of the doomed ocean liner — which set sail on its maiden voyage in April 1912 and became the subject decades later of director James Cameron’s blockbuster 1997 film — at the AMC at Barton Creek Mall. It might even be in 3D in some cases.

It’s important to note that the theater serves booze. In case, you know, we need some liquid courage to keep from bawling out loud.

“Titanic” will only be in theaters for a week. Tickets are now on sale at amctheatres.com/titanic.
