The poke craze is expanding in Austin. It started last year with the opening of Poke Poke in South Austin (a second location is opening soon), and according to Eater Austin, it’s not showing any signs of slowing down.

And some new restaurants are adding their own twist on traditional poke. Poke House, a poke restaurant opening soon in Northwest Austin, is offering hot Cheetos as a topping. You can get it on your “pokerrito” or you can add it to your rice bowl, tortilla chips or salad. We’ll take one of each, please. Extra hot Cheetos on the side.
