Early birds get SXSW music worm at day stages

Want an up-close-and-personal musical experience during South by Southwest? Checking out the day stages (Radio Day Stage and the International Day Stage) from noon-5 p.m. offers fans a chance to see bands without worrying about lines or crowds. Couches and a bar are set up inside the Austin Convention Center Ballrooms G and D, and it’s very likely you’ll be able to sit in the front row.

I’d been curious about Argentina’s Pommez Internacional, and caught their recent day show. Their experimental sounds that flirt with everything from rock to electronica defy genres, and makes them one of Argentina’s most interesting bands.
