Xbox 360 ‘Madden’ a little TOO detailed?
Some new footage of EA’s Xbox 360 version of “Madden NFL 06” has been released as part of a Burger King promo, and it isn’t exactly drawing raves.
As 1up.com details it, fans are pretty unimpressed thus far, quoting a message board patron:
“Madden 360 looks like the best next gen game out there when you just look at the screenshots,” says Gaming Age Forum user ‘MrBob,’ “But when you see it move and it looks exactly like the PS2 version in motion it makes you go :(“
Indeed. And nobody wants to go :(
See for yourself. I didn’t think it was so bad. In board terms, I didn’t go :( … I went :/
If anything, the players look a little too … well … “enhanced” … in, y’know, certain “areas?”
