Central Texan pops up on Martha Stewart’s show
Domestic goddess Martha Stewart gets a little help from an Austinite as she crafts Valentine’s Day goodies on an upcoming show.
Lauren Appenbrink was picked from “The Martha Stewart Show” audience during a taping Friday, and headed on stage to help the TV hostess make children’s candy bags.
The show airs Monday at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., as well as Tuesday at noon on the Hallmark Channel, Time Warner Cable Channel 39.
Also on Monday’s show: Pastry chef Sandra Holl whips up a chocolate ganache dessert topped with meringue, a look at new breeds featured in the 2012 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, and details on how to make a magnetic memo board.
